Emma says: Anything but simple here. Strap yourself in for a full dose of aromats. Understandably so with a blend of Gewürztraminer, Verdelho, Chenin Blanc and Fiano, the complex flavour aromas are a given. 

Smells like lightly toasted red apples, cherry blossoms and rosewater, which follows thru to the palate giving lots of tangy, flinty Turkish delight. There's plenty of acid carrying thru the layers of flavour and a teensy, tiny lick of sweetness offering a nice point of difference to the crisp, dryer whites on the line up. 

More complex than a summer slurper, you'll want to sit with this one and really take it in.

Shipping

We deliver and collect old bottles on Thursdays from 3pm onwards. We unfortunately don’t ship. Instead we ride our e-cargo bike or drive in our Gloumobile (like the Batmobile), therefore we cannot deliver further than 10km from Glou (Collingwood).

Our closed-loop system

We work directly with winemakers to take wine from the barrel straight to you in bottles that can be refilled. This cuts out single use vessels and almost halves the weight in transport, meaning a drastically reduced carbon footprint. Plus, you can buy the wine for 30% cheaper!
