The Yarra Valley Organic Winegrowers Cooperative (or CO-OP) is a project between Doug Lilburne (Mise En Place Wines) and Alessandro Stefani. The goal of this project is first and foremost to create remarkable wines whilst challenging the status quo by pooling together knowledge and resources to promote and encourage regenerative and organic farming practices in the Yarra Valley. With this we hope to further encourage discussion around sustainable growing practices within the wine and hospitality industry alike.
We begin with a single release of Yarra Valley Pinot Noir in June 2025.
