Great news! Your subscription starts on the following Friday after you’ve signed up!

We deliver your hand-picked order personally and collect your old bottles the next time you’re due for a refill. The bottles don’t need to be clean, as we have a cleaning and sanatisation system setup at our headquarters. Please just make sure to put out your old bottles on Friday morning with matching lids on.

If you live in a house, we are happy to collect & drop off on your front porch. If you live in an apartment building, please make sure we can collect & drop off either from the lobby or your apartment door.

Refundable Bottle Desposit

When you sign up for your subscription, you pay a one-off $8 deposit per bottle. This deposit is fully refundable if you want to cancel your subscription. Just send us an email to love@glou.com.au and we refund you upon collection of your Glou bottles.

Shipping

We deliver and collect old bottles on Thursdays from 3pm onwards. We unfortunately don’t ship. Instead we ride our e-cargo bike or drive in our Gloumobile (like the Batmobile), therefore we cannot deliver further than 10km from Glou (Collingwood).

Our closed-loop system

We work directly with winemakers to take wine from the barrel straight to you in bottles that can be refilled. This cuts out single use vessels and almost halves the weight in transport, meaning a drastically reduced carbon footprint. Plus, you can buy the wine for 30% cheaper!

    Pick your colours - reds, whites or a mixed bunch.

    Pick your quantities - four, six or eight 500ml bottles.

  • Step 3

    Pick your frequency - weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

  • Step 4

    Your subscription commences on the first Thursday after you’ve signed up. Enjoy your selection!

    Have your used bottles ready for us to collect when we drop off your next mix of hand-selected drops.
